Full job description
We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Communicating with clients about layout and design.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop, illustrator, 3D, Videos
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Web & Graphics Designer Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Ability to create social media posts, banners, and basic graphics
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
  • Ability to convert ideas into clean visual designs
  • Willingness to learn web layouts, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Good sense of color combinations and typography
  • Basic understanding of website components (header, footer, forms, sections)
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Time management and adaptability
  • Basic knowledge of exporting assets for web

About the Role:

At Thaver Tech Pvt Ltd, the Business Development team serves as the first touchpoint for potential clients and plays a crucial role in driving business growth.
As part of our presales and client acquisition function, you will work on leads generated through marketing, referrals, and partnership channels—qualifying them via calls, messages, and emails, and converting them into customers.

Your primary responsibility is to build a strong and qualified sales pipeline for our technology and digital service offerings across our operational regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explain and promote our products/services to potential clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring solutions match client requirements.
  • Use and adapt sales scripts to effectively engage different types of prospects.
  • Schedule meetings, conduct product demos/site visits when necessary, and support the closure of deals.
  • Strategically build and manage a strong sales pipeline for priority industries and regions.
  • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
  • Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate data and hygiene in the CRM for seamless tracking and reporting.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation ability.
